At the new Techsauce Culture Summit held 25-26 November 2019 a burning topic was how to turn change and conflicts in the workplace info Innovation and Creativity. RUFF & CO. by Susie spoke in a heated panel discussion on how to create the culture for innovation in a workplace. She referred to the Healthcare scene where a lot of different stakeholders with very many diverse cultures (doctors, nurses, industry, research…) and interests have to co-exist and co-innovate. Not an easy task, and it often has to be facilitated as many barriers have to be overcome. Another panelist, CEO of a Design Agency, shared how conflicts and competition in their working environment was used actively to create innovation.
