Global Growth Program successfully completed for Innovation Norway: Six fast growing Norwegian Health Tech scale-ups are now entering the Danish Healthcare market.
At RUFF & CO. we were the Danish lead in developing, planning, and implementing the Global Growth program for Norwegian health tech companies on the Danish Healthcare market. The client was Innovation Norway, the Norwegian Government’s most important instrument for innovation and development of Norwegian enterprises and industry.
The program was quite comprehensive and consisted of, among others, two market visits in Denmark including B-t-B meetings with potential customers, partners, and collaborators. The scale-ups acquired a wide range of knowledge about how the Danish market operates in terms of IT-systems, interoperability issues, legislation, organization of healthcare in Danish regions and municipalities. It was an exciting journey as the program was launched in the fall of 2019, and due to Covid-9 some activities had to be redesigned into the virtual world.
Results: The 6 health tech scale-up presented their health tech solutions to a large number of super relevant stakeholders in Danish municipalities, organizations and possible partners in the industry. They are now continuing the dialogue to establish pilots or prepare for tenders.
