How can we increase the successful implementation and scaling of health technologies in and across the Nordic countries? What are the unique drivers and actions for sustainable implementation in a healthcare sector that is challenged by the lack of staff? What can we learn from each other and how can we move forward together across healthcare systems, municipalities, industry, and caregivers?
These questions were the essence of two recent conferences “Scale with Success / Scaler med success” focusing on the spreading of medication technologies held both in Copenhagen and Aarhus. Susie was pleased to be a co-organiser and co-moderator at both conferences.
There is a strong need for more information and cutting-edge insights and recommendations. Therefore, we established a cross-sector working group that planned and executed these conferences in the scope of Danish Life Science Cluster 🏥💊. With selected speakers and presentations from successful municipalities in Finland, Norway and Sweden, adding the expertise of the Nordic Welfare Centre / Nordens välfärdscenter and sharp pitches from medication robot tech companies. I was lucky to be one of the members of the awesome working group and the co-moderator.
