Susie A. Ruff has just finished her certification as an Exponential Organisations (ExO) Consultant. The certification is based on the well-known ExO-framework introduced by Salim Ismail et al. in the book “Exponential Organizations”, Singularity University 2014. ExO is a concept that helps businesses and organizations navigate the shifting business environment due to the introduction and proliferation of exponential technologies. It also works on the Massive Transformative Purpose (MTP) which is “a new paradigm bigger than just a mission statement. It’s a highly aspirational tagline that tries to solve a global issue.” ( – Salim Ismail). Susie is now a part of the OpenExO community which counts innovation and transformational experts from many countries around the world.

The Motivating Power of a Massive Transformative Purpose

Susie A. Ruff has been invited in as a member of the Executive Board of the important and newly established School of Innovation at Chulalongkorn University, Thailand’s oldest and most important university. The Board is headed by the President of Chulalongkorn University and is playing a vital role in drawing strategic planning for the School in the area of school development, strategy implementation and external partnership construction with the aim to boost the growth of the School and to steer it towards its objectives. The School is launching its international Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in Integrated Innovation in August 2019.
